Dr Andrew Alekna
Dr Andrew has been working in the health field for well over a decade. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, from mothers of four to world champion kick-boxers, fire-fighters to national swimmers. For the last 4 years, Dr Andrew has helped Crossfit athletes at the Pacific Regionals and for the last 3 years has travelled to the Crossfit Games to support the Australian athletes competing. In addition, he has been directing the AthleteHUB, a service that looks after athletes in sporting competition, at local Crossfit competitions for the last 3 years in Perth.
Dr Andrew has a big interest in clinical Biochemistry and the study of how our internal chemical balance affects our overall health. He completed post graduate study in this field at the beginning of 2017 and has utilised his knowledge with great success. This additional knowledge provides him with the expertise to have a greater holistic approach to health and reaffirms his belief that health comes from a balance of structural, chemical and emotional wellbeing.
Dr Andrew has always had a keen interest in sport, growing up playing Aussie rules and cricket. In the last 5 years he has developed a love for Crossfit and has competed occasionally (when there's no AthleteHUBbing to be done).
Dr Archie Sharma
Dr. Archie is a passionate Chiropractor who graduated from Murdoch University completing a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic with distinction. Dr. Archie believes that with hard work and dedication, anything is achievable and sky is the limit. Taking these principles forward, he likes working in the best interest of his clients using a person-centred approach in achieving their health goals. He has an earnest desire to assist the community in leading a healthy life.
Dr. Archie strongly believes in giving back to the community, and utilises a holistic approach to assist clients in attaining an optimum level of mental, emotional and physical health. Combining with his Chiropractic skills, Dr. Archie is also associated with his family business based on Ayurveda, the science of life. Dr Archie anticipates to work with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Archie is a Blue Belt in Shiro-ogi-do Karate as he leads a disciplined life, with a focus on physical training at the gym. In addition, he has a keen interest in sports especially having played Cricket and Footy from a young age. He is a music lover, enjoys connecting with nature as he indulges in outdoor activities and loves to meet new people to enhance both personal and professional development.
Dr Daniel Katz
Dr Daniel is a Melbournian and a former Olympic weightlifter for almost 2 decades. After many years experiencing what it was like to be in pain as an athlete, Daniel discovered Chiropractic and has not looked back since!
Dr Daniel believes that with the right care, most of us are capable of living far healthier and more vibrant lives. He takes great satisfaction in helping patients on the journey to better health and looks forward to seeing you at the clinic.
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr Daniel can be found working hard in the gym or spending quality time exploring Western Australia with his wife.
